Union & Go Station, PATH system(grocery store and liquor store available indoors without moving out of the buildings), CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers centre, Maple leaf square, Metro Convention Centre, Weston Harbour Castle, Billy Bishop Airport, Toronto Islands Ferry, etc.

The space

You’ll feel at home in this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite, which sleeps up to 2 people comfortably! Perfect for couples, and those in town for business.

The bedroom includes a queen-size bed.

You can also enjoy the panoramic views from the huge balcony.

There are extra sheets, pillows, duvets, and towels so you don't have to worry about anything!

The bright and airy living room has amazing views and a large flat-screen TV!! It is a great place to relax or entertain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

There is one bathroom. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra towels.

There is also a washer and dryer in-suite, as well as detergent, for you to use.
High-speed Internet, Wifi, Netflix, ad many more are included.

If parking is needed it can be provided at the condominium for $30 CDN per day with In and Out privileges (Subject to Availability). In addition, there is street parking located on Grand trunk crescent and 4+ additional pay parking lots to choose from that surround the condominium.

Additional underground parking WITH IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES are available at the condominium residence for $30 CDN per day. *************Subject to Availability*************

Finding parking will not be an issue! If you choose not to bring your car, feel free to rent one of the many Zip Cars located underground of the Condominium Highrise.


As per Security/Anti Fraud measures all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.

Additional rules:

Smoking is not permitted within the vicinity of the property. Any indication that smoking is evident or any report from the cleaner with documentation that smoking happened is a violation of stay agreement resulting to a $300 remediation costs or immediate cancellation.

Please observe quiet hours from 9pm - 6am.

Refrain from moving any furniture in the property.

The management will not be held liable for any lost or missing items.

Lost remotes reported by the housecleaner after the stay will incur a possible $100 charge since this will be inconvenient for the next guest.

Any type of deliveries are not allowed in the property.

Any evidence that a party has taken place would result to additional $100 charge.
