The walk score of the condo is superb! Restaurants, bars/clubs, boutiques, grocery stores, banks, salons and the billy bishop city airport located within walking distance from the condo.
Within two blocks, there are sports bars/restaurants, pharmacy, library, grocery store (with Toronto's only nutella cafe!), Tim Horton's and Starbucks.
To the South, the harbourfront is 2 min away. It is a quiet neighborhood with a park and a bike path along the way for miles on end. Perfect for a nice evening walk or a morning run.
To the North, a short walk leads to King West which is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Portland Variety is great for brunch and Wilbur has amazing burritos.
To the East is Rogers Center, Metro Toronto Convention Centre and CN tower.
To the west, is the famous Queen Street West neighbourhood, with a little bit of everything!

Getting Around
The area is great for walking to discover the city.
Street cars are on Bathurst (one block west) and Spadina (two blocks east) streets. These 2 main streets will take you all over town or to the nearest subway station, which is about a ten minute ride (or 18 minute walk) away.
There is also a Zip car pick up point north of the pedestrian bridge.
Bixi bike rentals are available near the building all summer long.

As per Security/Anti Fraud measures all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.
