The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, pots, and pans so you go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a fresh meal.
Morning coffee is on us. With a coffee machine on site, no matter what time of the day it is, your coffee needs are taken care of.
This property is a self check in or private check in. All communication should be through the messaging platform. Please keep your phone lines open. Check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check in.
Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. All additional people must be approved prior to visiting. Violation of this rule will result to pay for remediation fees starting $300
Absolutely no smoking inside under any circumstances. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will incur extra $300 cleaning fees. The penalty for a false alarm is up to $10,000.- by the Toronto Fire Department and we will comply with them and give your details. Cigarette butt damage on the hardwood floor will incur a minimum $1000 penalty.*
No loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbours • Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am.
Any kind of business activity is strictly NOT permitted on the premises
Do not use any towels to remove makeup. Any stained towels will be charged to you after your stay.
