Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, whether you’re in town for business, exploring the city, or visiting family, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. We're just a short drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport and minutes away from popular attractions like Square One Shopping Centre, Celebration Square, and the Hershey Centre. Public transportation options are easily accessible for exploring the city.
Please note:
* The Entire place is yours.
* There is no smoking in the unit, not even on the balcony.
* Excessive noise in the unit or on the balcony will not be tolerated
* Parties or events are strictly forbidden and will result in fines
* Shared Amenities, for now, are not available until further notice.
* No Pets.
If the guest wants to check-in after 10pm, there is an additional minimal Late Check-In Fees which needs to be paid to the Host.
Please be informed this is a Private Check-In unit and one of our Team Members will assist on the date of Check-In and handover the keys at a specific meet-up location which is nearby and close to the Building.
* Shared Amenities, for now, are not available until further notice.
*Add-Ons: Early check-in and bag drop off are available anytime after 2PM for a $40 fee, and the same with a late check-out until 1PM, for a $40 fee (Subject to availability).
There is also a $40 fee if you need to check-in after 10PM, as one of our team will have to meet you to hand over the keys. We will be as flexible as possible but any check-in after 10PM is considered outside of our check-in window - we hope you understand!

As per Security/Anti Fraud measures, all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.
